I’ve built scalable HR systems for companies expanding across EMEA, APAC and North America. I’ve handled compliance nightmares 🧾, crafted people analytics dashboards that actually get read, and sat at leadership tables translating business speak into human solutions.

Now? Alongside my full-time role as an HR executive, I’m building digital products that blend HR expertise with AI—born out of late nights, too many spreadsheets, and a deep need to share what I’ve learned. Because just like I’ve been inspired and helped by others throughout my own journey, I want to pay it forward.

Nowadays, alongside my day job, I’m usually experimenting with the latest apps, automating tedious tasks with low-code tools, or figuring out how to get ChatGPT to make job descriptions sound less like legal disclaimers and more like something a human would actually want to apply for.
